Launch Preview Photos






Our fifth annual exhibition will be taking place on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June from 10.00am to 4.00pm, with the preview on Friday evening 19th June. The show will be opened and judged this year by acclaimed local painter and print maker Jean Hobson.

This year we will be awarding prizes in the following categories; 

  • The Judges’ Choice 
  • The People’s Favourite 
  • A Photography Prize
  • Digital Art Award
  • A Prize for 3D work
  • An Artist Under 21. 
  • The exhibition is open to all.
  • Artists may enter up to three pieces of artwork.
  • There is no selection process.*
  • Artwork can include drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramic, textile, digital and photographic works..
  • Cost of entry per artwork is £1 with a 10% commission on work sold.
  • For the display boards, all work must be securely framed (apart from box canvases), and have a hanging cord. Mirror plates cannot be accepted.
  • The labels provided with the entry form must be completed and then stuck onto the back of the artwork.
  • Artwork must be brought to Hadfield Hall on Wednesday 17th of June between 5.00 and 7.00 pm.
  • All artwork must be picked up between 5.00pm and 7.00pm on Sunday 21st June, after the show.
  • All work is left at your own risk, the hall will be staffed whilst it is open to the public.
